What Does It Involve: Helping lead the congregation in praise and worship as part of a worship team. Playing a specific role as one part of a team i.e. singer, drummer etc.

Expectations: Usually once or twice a month commitment. Sunday practice begins at 8am. Being able to play the music well enough to help others enter into a time of worship, having a heart for connection with God through song, being able to lead others into the pursuit of the presence of God and being a team player.

What Does It Involve: Bolstering the worship ministry by providing quality sound in larger gatherings. This includes setting up cables and sound equipment, operating the sound board in the sanctuary as well as livestream audio.

Expectations: Usually a once a month commitment. Being available to come just before 8am Sunday practice to set up and have things ready. Having an ear for music, being trainable and teachable in team dynamics and technical know-how. Willing to work with the tech/stream team for the flow of a gathering.

What Does It Involve: Streaming the Sunday gathering so it is available for those unable to attend in-person as well as saving an archive online. 

Expectations: Generally scheduled approximately one Sunday a month with an arrival time of 8:00 am. Ensure the stream video and audio are working, also setting up the children’s area and TV in the gym, checking the audio and video for that. During the gathering, select the premade scene based on context of the service.

What Does It Involve: Controlling the video that is displayed in the sanctuary during the Sunday gathering. Mainly the worship slides and sometimes the sermon slides. 

Expectations: Generally scheduled approximately one Sunday a month with an arrival time of 8:00 am. During the worship band’s rehearsal, familiarize yourself with the arrangement of the songs for that day as they rehearse. Make notes if needed. Communicate with them if you have any questions. During worship, advance slides along with the songs so the congregation can follow along. From time you time you may be asked to control the slides for the sermon or play a video.
