What Does It Involve: As needs arise, being willing to lend a hand or expertise in maintaining the church building. Jobs may include patching & painting, flooring, changing HVAC filters, changing lightbulbs/fixtures, repairing faucets, fixing tables & chairs etc.

Expectations: On an as-needed basis. Providing ones own tools or borrowing from others, work on the church building is to be done in a safe manner keeping in mind the many different meetings happening during the week and weekend. Normally this will be communicated through the maintenance coordinator.

What Does It Involve: Level out entrance to parking lot (filling out holes). Mowing the lawn. Maintaining lawn tractor, or communicate to Pine Ridge staff if maintenance is needed. Pick up and remove dead branches from trees. Communicate to Pine Ridge staff if anything on yard (or building) requires attention.

Expectations: Some flexibility is need to mow when needed (usually 1x per week), based on weather.

What Does It Involve: Planning and caring for the flowers surrounding the Pine Ridge building. This includes normal presentation, but also seasonal touches such as Easter and Christmas. Beauty is a gift from God.

Expectations: Occasional communication with a Pine Ridge staff member, regarding plans and/or needs. Watering, weeding, fertilizing, re-planting, as needed. Pine Ridge staff can aid with watering during especially hot times. A balance should be aimed for, where creativity is encouraged, yet expenses aren’t overly high.
